By using Twitch Clip Todo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.

Software License

Twitch Clip Todo is open source software licensed under the MIT License. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Twitch Platform

  • This extension is not affiliated with Twitch Interactive, Inc.
  • Users must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service
  • Clip creation is subject to Twitch's rules and limitations
  • The extension relies on Twitch's platform availability; we are not responsible for changes to Twitch's services

Local Data Responsibility

Local Storage Only

Twitch Clip Todo stores all data (bookmark records, memos, settings) locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to external servers.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Stored Data: Your bookmark records and memos are stored locally without encryption. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to view this data.

  2. Device Security: You are solely responsible for:

    • Securing your device and browser from unauthorized access
    • Protecting your local data from other users of your device
    • Managing who has physical or remote access to your computer
  3. Data Leak Risk: The developers of Twitch Clip Todo are not responsible for any data exposure resulting from:

    • Unauthorized access to your device
    • Shared computer usage
    • Malware or security breaches on your system
    • Browser extensions or software that may access stored data

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of Twitch Clip Todo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the software.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Twitch Clip Todo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
