Getting Started

Installation

  1. Install from Chrome Web Store
  2. Pin the extension for easy access
  3. Navigate to any Twitch stream

Basic Workflow

Step 1: Record a Moment

While watching a live stream or VOD:

Keyboard Shortcut: Press Alt+Shift+C

Or click the Record Button on the Twitch player

Step 2: Add a Memo (Optional)

After recording, a memo input appears:

  • Type a note to remember what happened
  • Press Enter to save or Escape to skip

Step 3: View Your Records

Click the extension icon to open the popup:

  • Records are grouped by streamer
  • Edit or delete records as needed

Step 4: Wait for VOD (Live Recordings Only)

Live recordings need to link to VODs:

  1. Wait for the stream to end
  2. Visit the streamer's VOD page
  3. Records automatically link to matching VODs

Step 5: Create a Clip

  1. Click the clip icon on a VOD-linked record
  2. Twitch's clip creation page opens at the right position
  3. Create your clip using Twitch's interface

The Floating Widget

When you have pending records for the current streamer:

  • Drag to reposition anywhere on the page
  • Click to open the popup
  • Badge shows the number of pending records

Tips

  • Record moments generously - you can always delete later
  • Add memos while the moment is fresh
  • Visit VOD pages to link live recordings
